So we created our normal Day Menu that points to 3 other menus.
Sales Support Billing
When someone listens to the Day Menu they click 1 for Sales, 2 for Support, and 3 for Billing.
We then send 1 to a Group in AA (say 502). In 502 I have the type set as UCD, with next port 505 (which is set as VMS UCD).
Problem is when a call gets sent to sales - it may end up at support, or billing. It's like it isn't following the call director.
Any thoughts?
Any screen shots of your current UCD settings?

have you set the voicemail up correctly
1 goto extn 502 and put sales members in group
would look to see if group 502 has a extn plus a v/mail
you need to give more information about how you set it up

You need to Program the ucd options with the greeting prompts, moh, and wrap up times, etc

Got it figured out.
Even though you set the type to UCD and add members to that group. You still have to add an IG button for that group number. I was under the impression that they wouldn't have to login to the group.
