Hello,
My customer just called in for Voice Mail problem as below
Voice Mail messages are cutting out and have echoes intermittently when retrieving. has checked with Logix and their lines ok.

The key word there is Logix. Some type of ip based dial tone. Good luck with that. If it was just cutoffs then there are adjustments for that. Echo, its the carrier

has checked with Logix and their lines ok.  If only I had nickel for every time a carrier told me that. Jim is spot on.
