Hello - Telepacific has "upgraded" my customer's PRi that was originally from Mpower, and now I cannot receive incoming calls. They say they are only sending the 3 digits the pbx wants to see, but I had a similar situation where Cbeyond swore up and down that they were only sending 3 digits, but were actually including caller ID, and until I jumped on the customer portal, and saw the features which included Caller ID then told them to take that off, did I finally get my inbound calls. If you have any info that I can pass on to Telepacific, or a solution, would appreciate!!!
