We are not getting a time and date stamp on a TOL-IVM version 9.1 system, nor is the mailbox user prompted for that option. I can't seem to find this in the the UC Admin configuration. What am I missing?

You have to specify the info you want played. In the TUI assigned to the mailbox, right-click on the command for listening to messages and select parameters. Check off the boxes for sender and time. Scroll thru your sub menus and verify the parameters for the envelope command are also checked. This sub-menu will have options for replaying, deleting, forwarding- you may have to add the command- add it and check the parameters to specify info released and DTMF digit for activation. Save your changes, stop and restart the TOL in Services and test.
