Dear All ,
I have an customer has SV8500 connected with Business Connect as Call Center the Supervisor of agents group asking if he can monitor the calls by lesson the calls of agent and sometime participate this call in urgent case
I am searching in SV8500 documents to enable this feature but I didn't find or the feature name on SV8500 is different
Any one can guide me how enable it ?

I found it , The feature is called Executive Right-Of-Way in the features and Specifications document E-1 can follow up the procedure to enable it on SV8500
