Hello, I have a customer with about 25 agents that don't want phones. Is there a way to call forward a Guest/info mail box straight to a cell phone? I'm using a CS200.

You would have to set up OUTDIAL Branches to accomplish this

In F53 How does the External forward (guest mailbox only) — A guest mailbox can be set to allow off-premises “reach-me.” Work?

I believe that would be where the caller can select to try the person on their cell ... if they don't answer it is returned to the system and the caller can leave a voice mail in the system mail box.

Or you could just do outcalling to deliver the message.

Or you could program it so the calls are forwarded and then callers can leave a message on the cell phone voice mail.

Thank you. Nice Striper!! Is there a way to forward say guest MB 300 to a cell? I need to build around 25 of these mail boxes. If not is it possible for people calling in to hear a greeting the press a digit that call the cell phone?

There are one or two methods of addressing this problem. Please refer your specific question to a certified ESI dealer in your area.
