Hi people
Today I have upgraded a 7200 system. Changed out MCP card v4.14 for new MP20 v4.75
This was for SIP purposes, new OAS card etc..
Although in MMC829 it says SMDR is "PC", I cannot see any new data.

My question is this.
They have a CMS call logger that worked with their MCP card on 4.14
Will it work on the new version?
The version is the one before v6..Not sure what it is but it is the version before v6. The interface looks totally different.
Thanks in advance

Mike

Thanks for your reply nameless!
I already put this entry in the management whitelist;

10.168.153.255

System = 10.168.153.151

I can ping the system from the call logging PC and in MMC 829 it states SMDR as "PC"
So it looks as if it is working but the CMS version 5.3 still isn't receiving any calls since I upgraded.
Do you think I need to enter more IP addresses in the whitelist?

No, if it's showing "pc" then CMS is connecting.

Make sure that the settings for this mmc and the other ones related to SMDR/UCD.

Have you tested smdr output via a telnet session since upgrade?

Have you stopped and started CMS services?
