My customer had MatWorx installed on a user's PC by a previous vendor connected to their network. The NEAX 2000 is connected to their Network also. I always did program changes from a Dterm phone and used MatWorx for backups. The PC with MatWorx crashed and they did not have a copy of MatWorx. I located a copy of MatWorx Studio/Suite. When I try to configure the PBX connection I am given options of direct connection (serial COM port) or modem connection. Is there a way to point it to the NEAX's IP address or do I need a different version of MatWorx?

What version of Matworx do you have?

13.1 was the last/latest.

Best Comm - The latest version is 13.0.4. If you can send me a private message, we can figure out how to get it to you.

Bit of a worry here is that you say it is an IVS in the title of the thread but the IVS is an old product and not capable of an IP connection. Everyone is pointing you to the Matworx for the IVS2 and IPS but the IVS was a DOS based MAT (there was a very buggy windows version but next to nobody uses that). This leads to the question, just what system are you dealing with.

An easy way to determine which Matworx will work is, how many digits are your Len numbers? 4 digit it is an IVS, 3 digit it is an IVS2/IPS (unless you are in Australia and there, the IVS was known as the ICS and most people refer to the IVS2 as just the IVS).
