Pretty regularly, our agents making outbound calls are running into an issue where the receiving party's number will answer with a message saying that they don't take calls with blocked caller id and we should unblock and call again. we don't block our caller id though. usually if the agent tries 3 or 4 times they will get through, sometimes not. is there a feature in the cix 670 that would block the caller id or otherwise obfuscate it? we have 2 pri trunks and when i test calls outbound i ALWAYS receive the correct number as the caller id. I'm not sure if this pbx has any capacity to block or alter the caller id number or not. Any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.

The system can alter the caller ID, but I dont know if it can block it.
TRUNK>CALLING NUMBER is where you manipulate the outgoing caller ID
