Samsung OS7100 V4.14K Installed in 2008. When trying to log into the voicemail from IT Tool or if going to the IP address of the voicemail directly from Internet Explorer, we get the welcome screen. We click the link to get to the login screen and we get either this web page cannot be found or we get some kind of .php directory screen. We tried 4 different laptops with all the same result. We tried (3)older XP machines. I tried a Windows 7 64 bit laptop which I had backed the Internet Explorer back to IE 8 and still got the same result. Any ideas?

Have you tried just using DM? I use it all the time for offices running low versions and the only ones that give me a problem are 4.04a.

Genesiscomm, I thought you had to use IT Tool on the systems 4.46 or older. DM will let you log into the older voicemails too?

It actually works very well on the older systems to program. I do not take backups or try to restore backups with DM though as that gets a little glitchy.

I have a Virtual Machine (VMplayer) with Windows XP and the old Internet Explorer on it, that work too.
