Just installed a CS 200 for a customer last week. The system has a PRI. When calls come in it shower "unavailable" for all the names but shows the numbers of calls coming in. Any ideas on how to show both name and number? The old system I took out showed both using the same PRI. I don't believe this is a clec issue because it worked on the old system. Thanks

The ESI will show both. Two things to check would be that you have the proper PRI emulation in F2132/2133/2134. Just because it's usually National does not mean it is. Check with the CLEC to see if they even know or try and change it to AT&T, Siemens or Nortel.
The second is to make sure the phones are displaying two lines of data on the display. I had this problem on a new install and ESI engineering had to get in and "poke" something and it started to work. I was never told what they did, but, from the way it was handled, I got the impression this was a rare event, but one that could be fixed. One easy way to check this is to press the ESI-DEX key, select System and then scroll to an entry and select. You should see the name on the top line and the number on the bottom line.

Thanks again Rcaman. I'll check the settings. I have the system programming set up just like another cs 200 using the same clec. They are set up as National. I'll also double check the telephone displays.
