Okay I have a local school that has a Nortel Option 11 with ground start trunks. software 25.40b. He has asked Vendors and they all are saying they won't do the work unless Call Pilot and CS 1000 are installed. What would he need to get caller ID working here, as many of you know caller ID is important for a school but budgets are tight around here so every penny counts. Please let me know whats needed or what you need from me to answer the question.
Thanks much.

Unless you change to ISDN-PRI you only choice is to place a CLID unit in front of the switch and run the TIP and RING to wherever you want.
