Hi Guys: I have a customer with the DSX 40 system with Intramail. When someone tries to access there voicemailboxby pressing the VM button, the System displays "Mailbox Announcement" the greeting for mailbox 301 begins to play, and the soft key options are "Days, and "Skip". If they press "Skip" then the normal options are displayed, "LSTN "REC "GRET ETC. This happens on all phones. Any ideas why that would happen?It didn't do this when the system was first setup.

It sounds like the System admin (Normally 301) has SET a Broadcast announcement to all mail boxes on the System.
Normally the message is retained for the time period SET by Sys.
Admin.
I would got into SYS Admin programming for the Intramail portion of the DSX and look for a Mailbox or brodcast announcement they have SET and cancel same. ok ?
Provideing that is what the customer desires.
You may read about Broadcasting Messages in the Intramail handbook which comes with the System.
