That's it in a nutshell, TAC asked us to upgrade the 7030 to fix another issue, now the system is not coming up it is stuck at the ver 2.2 screen (the phone display). Trying to default via the reset button is not working. I know the 7030 does not have a removable memory module but there has to be some way to dump everything on it... Is'nt there? We have the backups, but can no longer get in there.
