Can anyone offer advice on the following, I've recently purchased a second hand ip403 running v2.1 (77) I'm trying to configure this in ip office mgr 5.0, on using the wizard the password says incorrect when i try the default, I've attempted creating an offline new config and send to the system but it fails everytime, I've tried retrieving the current config file thru tftp get file but this won't work either, other than connected via serial cable to terminal and reseting via AT command is there any alternative.

Have you tried resetting the system. And do you have the correct manager running
