Hey all, just a couple of peculiar questions regarding the voicemail system on the 7100.

If a mailbox is deleted, what happens to any new/listened voicemails in the box? Presumably all should be deleted but the total message count remains the same.

Is there any way to now delete them? (or access them)

If you delete a mailbox, you wont be able to access it.

You can review deleted messages if the mailbox has not been deleted.

In regards to stats, may be worth doing a save application and see if this changes the total message count.

Nope, the total message count stays the same, and the messages continue to occupy space. We don't really want to default the VM, but are looking for a way to access/delete those messages.

Try then running a maintenance command or changing the time to run today.

Deleted messages are able to be listened to until the maintenance has been run.

If you delete a mailbox i don't know if you can listen to any messages that were in it at the time (I've never tried).

As T.C says, run the maintenance if you need to clear up space.
