Hey Guys,

this site is great and helped me a lot with my PABX Programming,

i have a question which i kindly hope somebody can help me with.

Situation: A call comes in from a CO Line and then is automaticaly forwarded to an external number when the person is out of office. There are up to 4 external numbers and the calls should be sequentially distributed between the 4.

I tried by setting dummy extensions in the group with all call forwarding but unfortunatly Samsung does not allow call forwarding from a group. Is there any way around the group forward rule that i can use or any other method i can use ?

P.S There is no SVMI Card so i cannot use the voicemail option

your help is greatly appreciated.

Nope, unless they want/can manually change to a different ring plan.

Is it not possible to set the divert via the network?
