I have a 302c console behind a G3siV11 which apparently had a bad receiver. Others couldn't hear.
Long story short I went through 6 or 8 receivers which didn't work. Some still in the original bubble wrap.
I also in desparation, swapped out cords, plugs power supplies and of course consoles to no avail.
Finally tried a headset and it worked.
What in the world is going on???? Is there a mute function somewhere?

a lot of k-type handsets look like they would work, but such is not the case. 302 consoles must have the correct version of k handsets. k1???, maybe. i have not found a g type handset that doesn't work, but g handsets are not original equipment on most 302s.
