Does anyone know if the Grandstream GXV3140 and GXV3175 phones work with Panasonic? These phones will show video for a camera system of a potential client. Thanks.

I can not see any reason not, we have used grand stream ATA's and they work
I would say it will work but the same as a slt telephone.
* features like speed dial may not work
