Panasonic 824 w/ built in greeting, can people leave messages, or is this just an auto attendant that routs calls? My tech was at site and he heard 180 sec of some kind of advertising on 84 Greeting. There is no VM attached to KSU.

824 has built in AA.
Also has ability to small VM internally.
Off hook 723 1 # to see if BV is installed you should get a tone and be able to record a message in that phones mailbox.

My TA-824 came with 5 PDF files. In 200_TA_OM, page 78, there is a checklist on where to find the setup for DISA. Let me tell you in advance that you have to do it to see how tricky it is to get the timing right. You have to delay a couple of seconds to start talking or you cut off your words.
