I have a Dukane MCS350 that keeps blowing the F7 fuse on the Analog card. this fuse provides the 15v output on the card and I am not sure what runs on the 15v output. the console still has power and functions but none of the audio channels open after the F7 fuse blows. I have changed the Digital Card, The Analog card, both 4 Wire switching cards and all the ribbon cables, metered for ground faults, stray voltage, ect. I found that when the fuse is replaced all of the audio channels work for a short period of time, with the system powered and the 4 wire cards disconnected (so all of the field wiring is disconnected) the system blows F7 after about 20 minutes. No paging or bell schedules happening at all, I changed the power supply and amplifier also. Not sure what else to try any ideas.

The 15V supply is the Vdd supply to the digital card. Even with all field wiring disconnected (including the ACCs) and a new digital card installed, the fuse still blows after 20 minutes?

I have tried so many different combinations of things i cant guarantee that the exact combination you described had happened, I will try that tomorrow and let you know.

I figured out the problem, one of the 4 wire cards was bad. replaced it and all is well.
