Has anyone else had issues downloading software packages from the support website only to find the ZIP archive is corrupted/invalid and unable to be opened? I hope it's not just me. Trying to get 4.82 for MP10a.

4 out of the 5 pc's i have can't download the Zips from GSBN.
Luckily the server can and i just transfer them to my laptop. I've said something several times and because they can't duplicate the problem they won't acknowledge it.

Is anyone else having a problem ( no luck) downloading and unzipping 7030 etc SW from GSBN? I've tried multiple PC's multiple times with 4.82 & 4.75.

What browser are you using? I had trouble until I went back to IE 11.
