I have KXT1232 with a TVS-100. Calls come into the auto attendant. When transferred to any ext. you get no one is available to answer your call. Does this mean there is no integration between the telephone system and the voicemail system? Customer already tried resettinng the voicemail system themselves before and it starting working again. But this time when it was reset did not work. Should I reset both the telephone system and the voicemail?

Thats what you get at default, keep listening and it will take a messg. Cfwd phones to VM No answer and it should play mailbox greeting.
