Once in a while i am asked to do work on Panasonics,
Client has tvm50 for voice mail and i was able to connect with usb port.
But for the pbx tde100 i tried thru the serial port was could not connect to it,is that the right way to connect to it?

You need software to connect over the lan connection on the tde100 and is only available to certified techs

i have the software,and doing this for a PANASONIC DEALER.
I do help alot of techs in the nortel and avaya forum.

My TDE box has no USB port, so it looks like you need an IP address.

or at least get info on how to do it.
I don't know why its so hard to get help in the Panasonic forum.
any help would be appreciated

The default Ip is no secret 192.168.0.101, it is set in the default profile on the software for tde, ncp when LAN is selected.

It is possible to connect through the serial port as well.

We all help a lot of other techs here on this forum, but your first post was vague and did not lead me to think you did have the software.

Default port number is 35300.
If it has been set up on customer scan for IP number.
