Looks like either an ASC or SIP module. Only one ethernet port is used on the ASC, both are used on the SIP24 and SIP8 modules.
From the installer's manual: • CS-SIP24 or CS-SIP8 — Both Ethernet® connectors must be connected to the private local area network (LAN). • ASC — Only Ethernet Connector #1 must be connected to the private LAN.
