HI
We sold them a TDE 100
The customer at the present time has 21 Centrex sets
I am getting some questions from the Telco in reguards to a new PRi we are ordering

Question one
Most Idle (MIDL)
Least Idle (LIDL)
Descending sequential (DSEQ)
Ascending sequential (ASEQ) This one
Other - Please indicate

Question 2
Will Release Line trunking be required? Yes
The Telco is upset the customer chose our Panasonic over their system

DSEQ means 1st incoming call goes yo channell 1' then 2and so on.
ASEQ means 1st outgoing call uses channel 23 , then 22 and so on.

Question 2. Answer is yes. The CO will release the the line on disconnect.

Very strange questions.
