Hello,
Our church has a Nitsuko DM-16 unit that has been in service for many years. I have a had a couple telephone system companies out that insist our current unit is not serviceable and want to sell us a $5k+ new phone system.
We are currently using 9 of the 16 stations. What we'd really like to do is add a couple of analog polycoms to the system, but I have no idea if there is a module that we could purchase that would allow us to convert from the digital signal to an analog signal.
Could someone help?
Thanks!

There is no analog adapter for it. You could add the polycoms directly to the co lines outside of the system. It was a great little system in its day but that day has long passed

So just splitting the line from outside before it reaches the DM16 should suffice?

That would work keep in mind though that the lights on the phone won't be lit and anyone will be able to pick up the line as long as it is going to the phones and the polycom

I think we're okay with that. Currently there is one main line that rings to all the phones in the church and anyone can pick up anywhere. And, the polycoms would mostly be used for conference calls after hours by the committees.
Thanks for the great idea!
