I have a form to fill out for Cetis 3300 5 button analog phones. The question I can't find an answer to is to use neon/led/fsk for the message waiting light .
I assume that the sx200 Icp ax controller uses on of these options or all three but before I order 141 phones I would like to know if anyone has the answer or prefer the location to the answer. I have looked in the tech handbook . Software it the latest version from several years ago.
Thanks for any help

I would say LED, which is standard. Have never been offered a choice. Is there a switch on each phone? I know the switch supplies stutter dial tone on MW, which activates the LED on the phone. Never had to mess with frequency shift keying (FSK).

Ok I was leaning towards led, but this being only second sx200 I have touched and first one to program a pri , which I have yet to do or understand yet. The choices threw me because I would have thought that he manufacture would know .
Any thoughts on the pri set up?

I have no idea if there are switches on the phone, this was a pre order question.

The MW is via lamp (neon) but I'd pay close attention to the notes that ONS/Class cards don't support MW Carl

I understand Cetis covers Teledex, Telematrix, and Scitec analog hotel room phones. I have ordered all three with no problems specific to the SX-200. If still not sure, call your sales rep and tell them you have a Mitel SX-200 AX, and are the phones compatible (they are). You may want to order just 1 phone and test it at a different property I'm pretty sure that if your sales rep for the Mitel knows you need message waiting that they will provide you with the proper ONS cards. Everything should work fine. Follow your protocols for programming the PRI. Set up 1 channel at first to see if it works, then the others.

What's that about ONS/CLASS Cards not supporting MW? Mitel wouldn't last long in the hospitality market, if that was the case?!?!?!

Wasn't that an issue with the SX-50 ONS cards? Or not. Maybe we're thinking NEC.
