well i installed vmpro on a new machine and did export from old machine and imported file to new machine, that went well but in documentation it sais that a restore won't import greetings and wav files wich is true i just tried it. Is there anyway to do a back and restore that will bring the greetings?

Copy the Accounts, Greetings, and Names Folders, as well as any custom wav files for the auto attendant.

C:Program Files (x86)/Avaya/IP Office/Voicemail Pro/VM
You could just copy the entire VM folder to get the subdiretories
