We have a TOL that is only giving the time on the time & date stamp. Some of the calls are known to have come in on a different date, but there is no indication on the stamp.
The other issue is that the time is off by one hour. I have checked the PC time zone, the Enterprise Services time zone as well as the company properties zone. All are correct.
Any ideas?

From the Admin console tree, under Configuration >Advanced there is a setting for time zone about 3/4 of the way down the page. Verify it's correct.
I can't find a setting to turn OFF the date in envelope information, but I do know TOLs are extremely sensitive to time being off, so your one hour variance may be causing some of your trouble.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

In the TOL Config --> Device Management settings check that CID is installed.
In the Iwatsu, check 4.71.14 and make sure that it's set to CID/ANI, or something other than NONE or just TRUNK.
If not there, I'm with JBean and it's time to call ESNA.

Thanks for the replies. I think a call to ESNA is in order.
