I have an ivp8 voice mail that I have programmed all the names for the stations that have voice mail. when you dial 411 for the company directory it does not bring up the names for the station when you type in the first 3 letters. I have tried several different names and none of them work.

Are you entering the names in the first and last name fields and not the comment field? They also must record their name for it to play back when entered.
