When on a call, and another call rings in, it rings the handset instead of the speaker. Can someone please direct me to the correct program number to change this.

If I recall, press the Mic button and vol down button at the same time to disable ringing in the handset.

Well, I tried mic and vol down, and if the operator is busy, the second call still rings in her handset instead of on the speaker.

Phonemeister was on the right track, try pressing the redial and vol down button at the same time. Pressing redial and vol up at the same time will turn turn the feature back on.

I think you can also just unplug the phone and plug it back in to reset that.
