I have never used the park feature on my CIX 100 or the CTX670. My feature code listing says that extension 70 - 79 are my call park orbit numbers. When I try to park a call at these extensions I get orbit busy. I have also tried pressing the * key as well as parking on other extensions and get the same error. What am I missing? Is there additional setup required? I have a CIX100 and a CTX 670 and I can't seem to make this work on either system.

While on the call press CNF/TRN #33 then if you have a display phone press * and it will give you the first park code (7000-7019) enter one of those manually or press # to park it under your own ext number. To retrieve at any phone dial #32 and the park code.
