So we migrated to Samsungs, and know most the tricks by now... we upgraded this 71-- MP10A to the latest firmware 4.82 I think, and then reset from MMC but no matter what we do, we cannot get into the DM console...
We have tried the various combinations
the other ones are old, and all over the net so no problem finding any of these if you can use a search engine... so can someone throw us a bone? we got a 7100 MP10A we just cannot get into..... we can get in from the phone to do the reset, and change the IP just cant get into the DM even tried the old IT tools...

Are you running the lastest version of DM?
Do you have the encryption box ticked on the login screen?

Indeed we are running the latest version of DM, but unsure on the encryption, let me check... geez, I hope it isn't that simple...
Note, there is no encrption tick bock on the web login?

The web interface was removed in 4.60 and higher versions.
All it does now is download and embedded version of DM
|

Yeah, I see that, it just loads a page but does nothing...
Looking for most recent DM now... can quick links to save some digging?

IF you enable pop up's and file download the web page should then start to download and run the embedded version of dm.
This is a JAVA application.
4.81 is the latest version of DM.
