Dear all,
I have a problem with my customer. They want some phone is less volume ring tone or mute when incoming call. But the phone is AT 40 ( Analog phone ) don't have volume button. So please help me config SL1000 to this phone for down volume beacause defaule volume so high when incoming call. Some phone put in conference room, meeting room.

Thanks you bro! i try to changle the incoming tone ring Hz less than nomal but it's not use for analog phone. Digital phone is work.

Dear all,
I am very sad because my misktake. I confirm to my manager incoming Ring Tone Volume for Analog phone AT 40 can't not config. But it's work. This my fail. You can do it by:
- Step 1: Hole the handset
- Step 2: Press MUTE button
- Step 3: Press # button
- Step 4: Chose 1- 3 for Ring tone 1 ( 1: Low, 2 : Nomarl, 3: hight) or chose 4-6 for Ring tone 2, or chose 7-9 for ring tone 3.
- Step 5: Press MUTE button
- Step 6: Drop the handset
Now we can config the incoming ring tone and volume for Nec AT 40 phone.
