Our company is located in Chicago and will be opening second location in Colorado Springs within next 6-10 weeks. New place is currently being remodeled.
I'm going there in couple weeks for initial install/setup of the phone system and other IT related equipment.
We need ISDN PRI with 18 trunks and 20-30 DIDs, preferably not from ATT or Comcast.
We would like to sign a service agreement with local Nec DSX technician, who will be capable to respond in case of hardware failures within 4-8 hours (spare parts will be kept on site). There will be service calls to add or move stations, change DESIs, new user training, etc. We expect one business day respond on non-emergency calls.
