I'm trying to setup a voicemail box for extension 910 on our SV8100/UM8000 system. This extension would default to a PERSONAL ID of 6910. When I try to create the voicemail box I get an error stating: DUPLICATE extension, Personal ID or System ID: 6910.
I have gone through all the subscribers and there is no duplicate....

I was able to add the range 920-955. But 910-919 all give duplicate error messages. What the heck?

You probably have some name(s) that corresponds to those digits rather than just numbers.

Example, under ID it reads JOE that would be 563.

Gotcha. I checked that out, and nobodies name matches 6910-6919.

If the extension is 910-919, you need to check names against these ID's also.

Are you only looking under subscribers? I mean there are other types of mailboxes TBOX's, groups etc. From what I see you are really looking at 91 or 691 from a logic standpoint.

I've exported everything below into CSVs to make sure I wasn't missing anything. We only have about 100 users on this system.
