I have a STS that has a phone station in call forward to voice mail, phone station is #105 and does not show in call forward. Anytime a intercom is made to phone station #105 it goes right to VM. I have try to cancel FWD at phone station and it does not cancel, check all call forward and timer in flash 50 all are the same as all other phone stations that are working , what I'm I missing?

Dial 662 at that phone and see if it clears it.

I'm sorry I left out I try dialing 640 and 662 did not cancel, even try 640 6-9 still did not cancel, been working on STS for a long time this is the second time I have came across this I forgot what I did the last time ( old age ).

Try 644 (office in and out) which is not cleared by dialing 662.
662 is supposed to clear all call forwarding and dnd.
