I Have a client with a starplus STS line 1 and 2 you can not dial out on. It just beeps at you line 3 works fine. line 1 and 2 work fine on incoming calls and the softkey light lights up on the other phones when you answer the call. How would I determin if a board went bad or if this is programing. They just came in one day and it stopped working. I checked program 40 and 50 against line 3 which works and line 1 and 2 looks like they have the same settings.

Could be the Attendant disable outgoing line function has been activated by accident. At the attendant phone dial 602 then press one of the line keys...should get three beeps and then, hopefully, the line will allow outgoing calls again.

I'll try that, that can disable the lines on all extensions?

It disables the lines for ALL outgoing access.
