Hi guys, can i ask for your help regarding KX-TES824 programming, here's the scenario:

1. we have 3 outside lines.
2. we have kx-t7730 proprietary phone
3. we have 8 local lines

problem 1
when someone calls, the pt phone rings, when i tried to transfer the call to slt phone, the display says co not assigned.

problem 2
when i tried to call outside using slt phone, after i dial 9, message is "this phone is blocked administratively".

how can that be possible?

If access to lines not gramted you cannot call out on that nor xfer to that phone.

can somebody guide me on configuring thru maintenance console?
