We just purchased new 5631 IP Phones for our CIX system. They are all installed and working great but I can't figure out how to get the Shift Key feature to work. It says with the shift key you can access buttons 11-20 but when I go into EManager and choose 20 buttons and LARGE LCD Phone 5131(20 Key) it drops the large lcd phone to blank and the keystrip looks like a standard 20 button phone. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Been a while since I done one so I remotely accessed a site. I have the keystrip button set to "20" and the large LCD phone set to 20 key.
In the key mappings I have a split screen from top to bottom for keys 1-10 and 11-20 respectively.
Make sure you have the latest version of Network EManager.

Your emanager is pretty old, but based on the release notes from 2007 it should be able to manage the large display LCD phones. Minimum requirements: Strata CIX systems with Release 5.1 software and eManager R.510.A05 If you could get a copy of a more recent version of Network eManager it may help.
The Key tab should look at Meyery2k descibed. If you are looking at the standard layout for a 20 button phone, the buttons on the left side would be the first page and the buttons on the right side would be the second page. The only issue is that you can not customize the labels for the buttons through emanaager.
You can still customize the button labels using user programing mode: 1. Dial #9876 (or press the flexible Program key) 2. Press the speaker button. 3. Press the key you wish to label. 4. Use the dial pad to enter the label. 5. Press the key labeled in step 3 to save the setting

@ Newtecky - The newer Network Emanager will also allow you to label the keys from the application. It is pretty sweet. The phone keys are split vertically (keys 1-10 on the top half and 11-20 on the bottom). I wish I could post screen shots...

Thanks all. I will sechedule an upgrade and see if that helps me out. When I do Large LCD I only get 10 buttons, no split screen like that.
