I'm looking for some input regarding the TVA-50 main software version being 2.58. Would this cause the inability to show the port status ready when selecting DPT? I can only seem to get offline for port 1, 2 status. I'm trying to pair it with a Panasonic TDA-50 KSU. I can only seem to get port ready status when using none or inband for the integration mode. If I should be able to use DPT with this main software version, any suggestions for parameters that may need verified?

Make sure the extension ports on your TDA are programmed as voice mail ports. Its under Configuration, Slot, Choose the card your voice mail is connected to, change DPT type to VM(DPT).

Thanks guys. I took the port out of service and set it for dpt vm1 and it worked like it was supposed to. Only took 20 hours to get that worked out. Lesson learned! Now I'm on a mission to find 3.01 for the tva-50. Any non-dealer routes to obtain that software?
