What is the difference between a Bdku or pdku? I need 8 digital extensions for a dk16e.

The BDKU was designed for a newer Strata CIX systems. For a Strata DK system you would need to set the BDKU into PDKU mode using the P2 jumper.
The BDKU is also an 8 port digital card, but when used on a Strata CIX system, it can be expanded to 16 ports using a BDKS.
