Since it shows duplicate when you try adding have you tried a search under subscribers for 910 to see if anything comes up?

Have seen this issue for years but looked thru all my emails and never found a solution except for a site before Xmas (SV8300) that was being setup with a PMS and the solution there was to turn on Hospitality in the UM8000 but I suspect you're not doing a hotel.. It's time that this archaic voicemail was put out to pasture and something new like CallXpress developed. We only use the InMail down here for the 8100 / 9100 and only use the UM8000 for the SV8300 / 9300 systems if they can't afford a Zeacom system..

I have no idea why anyone even uses the UM save hospitality on a 8100/9100.

I have no idea why anyone even uses the UM save hospitality on a 8100/9100. Actually the InMail does pretty good at hospitality.. Haven't installed a UM8000 on a 8100 for years even with a PMS system..

I just had this a few days ago and I had a duplicate number in the FAXid Field. It was a different number but was just 1 digit longer that caused it. check your FAX id field. I too do not like the UM8000
