Has anyone had an issue with Samsung 7030 sip trunks dropping calls around 3 minutes? Replaced router, replaced system. The only thing that has changed is the dsl carrier.

In my case 7030 is dropping outbound SIP trunk calls at 30 seconds. System version is 4.40. Haven't figured out what would be the cause...

Stupid question, did you update the public ip address in the system?

I'm going to sound like Tech support, but what does the wireshark trace show?

also have either of you tried turning on the alive notify and setting the time to say 30 seconds in the sip carrier options?

Yes we have alive notify set on to 30 seconds

Wireshark is showing carrier is releasing the call, still waiting for the carriers acceptance.
