I have a remote SMT-i5230 that doesn't ring. The speaker works because can use it once the call is answered. We know that the call is coming in due to xchange being installed and we get the pop-up. I noted that the SIGNAL PORT is showing 1024 where it should be 6000. Any idea's?

Sounds like the MPS/RTG ports aren't forwarded to the MGI/OAS card
