I have a customer who wants their MICS calls to go to a voice mail, between the hours of 7.30 am & 9.00 am on Saturdays & Sundays only. All other times the phones to ring normally, with manual answer, i.e. no system prompts.
I'm thinking of Auto Attendant set up to answer the incoming calls during those times only. I know how to set up a CCR tree with the greeting and path to leave a message on the appropriate VM box. What I'm not sure of, is setting the timer up for the limited hours, for the system to answer those calls only.
Any ideas? System has 4 PSTN lines and required AH message phone is 230.
TIA
Kevin

Auto Attendant is either On or Off based on what you have it at under AA/Lines
Only the Greeting can be told when to play.
Using Service Modes and manually turning on or off with one touch of a button (F871) is your best solution.
