I have a problem with a Bogen 2000 Multicom. After a power outage the tape in was lost and reconfigured by dialing 9, Pressing 2 on keypad, then Audio Program. Press 1 to select the source then enter the source number the tape player is connected to - 1, 2, or 3, Audio Program Menu and selected Distribute. Then 3 for all speakers. This corrected the tape issue but, now some of the speakers on the system are not responding. Some stations can be paged; no page, but can listen. Does anyone have any information on this type situation?

Are all LEDs lit on the cards? Each group of 25 speakers gets its own paging amp which is separate from the intercom amp. Common to lose a paging amp. Check for overloads and ground faults and then replace the damaged card if you need to. The paging amp is only good for 20 watts.

Sorry that should read "each group of 24 speakers". Any luck troubleshooting?

Sorry for the long delay. I had a little trouble getting back in the forum. Thank you for the info. I found two blown 1 amp fuses on one of the boards.

Those fuses are protecting the power amplifiers on the board. Check each speaker circuit for overloads and ground faults, otherwise they will likely blow again!
