Hi all.
Down here we are using v2.00.54. Are you still having intermittent problems with the InMail cutting calls off during the recording of messages which I believe you had in V1.xx??

Ya what dans said. Haven't had any issues with losing voicemails. dans have you been able to test 1.8 in a UX system yet? I will be benching it next week to see if they got it resolved.

As Dans stated 1.80 was just released here to address that issue, although we have not come across the issue with the prior release.

We have loaded 1.80 on most of our 9100s, but a few of the customers are still reporting cutoffs. The firmware was updated and the settings edited.
The 2 customers reporting the issues after the update both have PRIs

Were using 2.00.57 here now but still get the InMail cutoff problems. NEC-J has made some suggestions but it only seems to work on some sites and not others..
