I have had this issue in the past and don't remember how to fix it. When I got into the office this morning, I noticed the Page light was on all of our phones.
How do I reset this?

You could reset the system or there is a page timer that will automatically cut off pages after a specified timeframe.

in some weird related topic of a way...
one of the things I had to fixed last week for a new client...
All the page light on all phones was on.. and they couldn't use it. so they ended up calling us instead as the previous guy was out of reach.
anyway.. someone had remapped the keys on the keysets and changed the page light to some extension that doesnt exist.....
yawn... the things people do. lol

I don't know why someone would do this on an axxess, But check or have a technician check to see if the paging was attached to a C.O. port, if it is not disconnecting, the system may think that there is an active call and the "line" is staying busy.
I hope that makes sense...

Check power to your paging equipment. I'm betting it is connected to your phone system via a trunk port and that the page key is programmed as a trunk button.
